Part of a poem I wrote some years ago. Just popped into my head as I started to post.
I was just stopping by to check in and see how you all were doing.
I have started treatment, they call it outpatient, one hour a day four days a week. I am trying to get into day treatment 4 hours/ 5 days/wk.
It's like pulling teeth, the qiuckest way would be to actually go out and use, which I would rather not, strange isn't it.
But onward and upward.
